Bryce served as a local church pastor (Associate, Executive, and Senior Pastor) for 11 years. Prior to that, Bryce served in the US Army and in discipleship ministry for 9 years. Bryce’s areas of research include the intersection of theology, neuroscience, and human development, and the role of relationships in spiritual formation and restoration.

 

Bryce’s own recovery of heart has included facing shame, codependency, anxiety, and performance-based identity issues. In his leadership roles, Bryce has experienced and seen the healing, encouragement, and fruit that comes through the sacred space of coaching. Bryce’s favorite scripture is Proverbs 3:5-6. Bryce helps people surrender to God with all their hearts and fully embrace the life God has called them to live. 

 

Bryce enjoys coffee and hanging out with family and friends, spending time at the lake, playing pickleball, and barbeques. He enjoys reading, writing, and music.

Gina has a background in Human Resources & Organizational Leadership, and experience serving alongside Bryce in ministry the last 15 years. She counts it her soul craft to find solutions that promote individual and organizational health. She values health, wisdom, effectiveness and quality, and aims to integrate that into all that she does.

 

Gina's own recovery of heart has included facing her imperfections, moving from self-reliance to spirit-dependence, keeping heart with a chronic disease, and moving into acceptance and faith rather than denial. Gina resonates deeply with the truths found in Philippians 3:7-9: “But whatever gain I had, I counted as loss for the sake of Christ. Indeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For His sake I have suffered the loss of all things and count them as rubbish, in order that I may gain Christ and be found in Him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which comes through faith in Christ, the righteousness from God that depends on faith—“

She has a knack for offering love and wisdom to those around her, while also being an exceptional listener. She enjoys nurturing her family, partnering with Charlie their Therapy Dog, the outdoors, deep conversations, reading, swimming, a good cup of coffee, and quality time with family and friends.

 

As a certified Coach, she partners with women who are looking for a better approach to growing spiritually and are committed to living intentionally. Partner with Gina to gain clarity, find peace, and reach goals in any area of life.
